That is why the adoption of virtual technology is crucial in navigating the modern marketplace. In order to achieve their annual goals, BMW Group Middle East appointed Serindipity Solutions to manage and deliver their virtual event Let’s Get Digital Sales Conference. The brief required our team to connect the BMW sales force and importers from more than 12 countries and develop the functionality to stream presentations, host Q&As and run a quiz. The topics covered included a group overview, future outlook, sales channel development, experiential marketing, eCommerce, customer journey and training. The two-day virtual conference had a 98% attendance rate, 193 minutes of content and a high engagement rate during the interactive Q&A sessions. The feedback on the event was extremely positive, with attendees praising the quality, interactivity and motivating messaging.

In order to meet the client requirements, Serindipity Solutions provided an end-to-end virtual solution including platform, speaker and presentation management. Our aim was to utilise our state-of-the-art technology solutions to build seamless connections and generate greater productivity to compensate for reduced in-person interactions. We developed a premium employee engagement programme which included the creation of digital Avatars for all conference attendees. Our specialist teams executed the live format from the Serindipity in-house Virtual Studio and broadcasted the content to the virtual attendees through a 2D web-based platform.
